Tito brings experience in high end residential design, mixed-use developments and healthcare design and planning. His experience in Sydney and the Philippines, has ingrained a deep appreciation of Architecture as a catalyst for change in the wider community and those for which it serves.

The establishment of Paular Design reflects his passion for life and the environment with the belief that great design need not be complicated by rather an expression of one's self manifested.
